I’m Kalyn, a Registered Dietitian and Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner dedicated to guiding you toward holistic health and well-being through balanced nutrition and mindful living. My approach goes beyond quick fixes and focuses on sustainable changes that empower you to feel your best.

My Journey

For nearly a decade, I’ve helped clients transform their health and their relationship with food—empowering them with tools and strategies that support lasting change.

My passion for holistic health grew out of personal experience. Growing up in Ohio, I struggled with digestive issues, low energy, and what felt like a constant cycle of health challenges. Even though I stayed active, I often felt drained and disconnected from my body. Like many, I was overwhelmed by the conflicting messages of diet culture and unsure how food and lifestyle truly impacted my well-being.

It wasn’t until I embraced an integrative and functional approach to health that things began to shift. By identifying the root causes of my symptoms and supporting my body with nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and sustainable habits, I finally experienced meaningful, lasting improvements in my energy, digestion, and overall well-being.

​

As an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner, I now help my clients uncover the why behind their symptoms—so they can move from frustration and confusion to clarity, confidence, and vibrant health. Whether it’s improving gut health, supporting blood sugar balance, preventing chronic disease, or simply feeling better day to day, I work with each client to create a personalized, science-based plan that fits their unique body, lifestyle, and goals.

My approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in the belief that how we eat, move, rest, and feel are all deeply interconnected. The changes I guide clients through aren’t quick fixes—they’re meaningful, long-term shifts that lead to real, lasting transformation. Throughout the process, I offer support with compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to your individual health journey.

I’ve always had a love for travel. Experiencing different cultures and approaches to health has expanded my perspective and deepened my respect for individualized care—reminding me that there’s no one-size-fits-all path to wellness.

​

And yes, I’m a nutrition nerd! I stay up-to-date with the latest research, dive into books, and continually expand my knowledge so I can bring the best of modern science and integrative wisdom to my practice. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, camping, cooking, practicing yoga, or learning French. I believe in balance, and I love helping my clients discover what that looks like in their own lives.
